If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and any other person or animal, the homeowners are not liable. Smoking, Vaping and DrugsbrSmoking including vaping is NOT allowed inside and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted in the property. Any damage caused by these actions will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee plus all the replacement costs of any other further damages. brbr12. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property, including linens, and living & kitchen furnishings, is not permitted and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed. brbr13. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Should any damage occur, please notify the hosts immediately. Any damage to any items at the property, including couches, chairs, tables, wall arts, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. brbr14. Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it`s urgent ( water leakage, blocked sewer, broken windows/doors ). If something is broken or not working ( microwave etc ), please let us know! We will repair/replace after your stay. Any minor issues e.g. TV is not working, please message us. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, as well as loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
