Our holiday house consists of diverse rooms and their content, all prepared for your best stay. All furniture and surfaces are new and clean, along with amenities such as towels and certain toiletries. The living room offers a perfect relaxing space because of access to Netflix and YouTube, and the kitchen beside it calls for a bonding night with the family. The kitchen has a variety of cutlery, new cooking ware, a stove, microwave, dishwasher and a sizeable fridge. You will find a cozy dining room beside the kitchen as well. The three bedrooms come with sizes which suit everybody's needs. One has two single beds, nightstands and a wardrobe; the second has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, luggage rack and wardrobe; and the last has a king-sized bed, nightstands, wardrobe and an ensuite with a toilet and shower. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, and beside it, a clean toilet. These two rooms are placed for easy access from all bedrooms. Little details in our holiday house include several lights which change tint depending on personal preference, artworks hung on walls and a few spots of green from indoor foliage. Outside, there is a tidy garden and a lawn enclosed by a fence. There are four available parking spots on the site, not including ones outside the property. Located inside a district full of restaurants, stores and local shops, our holiday house is convenient for families and individuals alike. Across the road is a fruits and veggies store, and around the corner, Church Corner Mall and Woolworths are the perfect place to get groceries. A few minutes in the car will take you to weekend markets and restaurants with all kinds of cuisine. We do not compromise with the comfort and convenience of your stay. See you soon!

This master bedroom and en suite has only the basics, as a tiny house would: a beautiful bed, a great bookshelf, a gorgeous shower head, an egg chair on the deck, and the ability to dream the night away in an outdoor claw foot bath under the stars.brbrThis place was based on the many nooks and hideaways I loved around New Zealand whose cozy minimalism made them feel luxurious.brbrMiserable weather can be a bitch in New Zealand, so the indoors has now been plussed up with a 50-inch TV with Netflix, YouTube, a small DVD collection of New Zealand (and international) classics, cozy heating, an espresso coffee machine, and extra blankets.brbrThere is also a park two doors down from our house, making the area great for runners. I also provide a guide to my favourite spots in Christchurch and Canterbury, which I am constantly updating. Recommendations welcome!brbrGuest accessbrEverything you see is 100% yours. You have a private entrance, which leads to the outdoor area, and the bedroom and en suite are just off the deck. Since the house is new, the landscaping in the outdoor area is a work in progress. I am working on screening out the neighbours houses with plants and other landscaping features, which will increase the sense of privacy over time. However, at the moment, when standing on the deck or in the bedroom, my neighbours houses are clearly visible and their windows are somewhat visible through the bamboo screening, too.brbrSince the area with the bath is at ground level, being seen by the neighbours when sitting on the bench or relaxing in the bath is a non-issue. However, they are still close, so if you are shy, you might want to limit carousing outside.brbrIron and ironing board available upon request.
