The Casafavorita is located in Buen Paso. a quiet district of Icod de los Vinos, in the west of the north coast. Our house is located at an altitude of 120 meters, at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is therefore absolutely quiet and free of traffic. Mass tourism is a foreign word here. The studio is functional, with a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a TV with German, English and Spanish programs. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. brLarge sliding glass doors give a clear view of the sea. A small terrace in front of the studio is ideal for a breakfast with a sea view. A large covered terrace can be used as a parking space. brThe pool has a swimming size of 12m x 4m and is heated with solar. From there you have a wonderful view of the Teide. Sun loungers, various lounge chairs and parasols are available.brThe beach of Icod, Play San Marco, is 8 minutes away by car, and the Parque natural de Corona is ideal for long hikes, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
