La casa è sulle scale, nel quartiere Chiaia: per questo è silenziosa. A 5' a piedi dai Quartieri Spagnoli, nuovo punto della vita serale napoletana, senza averne il caos. A 10' da piazza Plebiscito, da via Toledo, e dal Lungomare e dai baretti della movida. Presente un terrazzino attiguo alla stanza.
