It is situated within 5 minutes walk of a Mini mercado, some local Restaurants, Cafés and bars (and the prestigious 'BonBon' Restaurant). The villa is close to the Championship 18 hole Pinta and Gramacho golf courses with driving range and the tennis courts at the Carvoeiro Clube. Just a few minutes drive to Carvoeiro with lots of Restaurants, Bars and pretty beaches of Carvoeiro and Caneiros. The villa has a large lounge with dining area and patio doors leading onto the breakfast terrace overlooking the pool, free to air TV and IPTV available and DVD player.
