This cozy two-room holiday apartment, located close to nature in a very quiet, but still conveniently accessible area on the outskirts of Karlskrona, offers just under 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.; a bedroom with two single beds (can be put together) and a wardrobe; as well as a very comfortable living room with a dining area, TV, and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide).brThe bathroom includes a toilet and shower. The apartment is located in the landlords’ house, of course with a separate entrance and free parking directly in front of the door.brThere is also a seating area on the lawn in front of the house with a view over the fields and meadows across the road.brTwo bicycles (28) are available free of charge.brbrWhether you enjoy nature experiences, excursions, sightseeing, or city life with shops and cozy restaurants – there is something here for everyone on holiday:brIn the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment lies a 33-hectare nature reserve with old deciduous forest and beautiful hiking and walking trails, some of which run directly along the water (the Baltic Sea).brA very nice public swimming area by the sea (Baltic Sea) is only about 1.5 km away, and within fifteen minutes by car you can reach several other bathing spots either by the Baltic Sea or in inland lakes (Havsjön and Färskesjön).brThe impressive city center of the historic city of Karlskrona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can easily be reached by car, public transport, or bicycle. From Karlskrona, you can take a wide variety of trips into the archipelago or visit restaurants, museums, or other attractions.brA beautiful view and panorama over the city can be enjoyed from the viewpoint Bryggarberget, a 10-minute drive from the apartment.brIn about 20 minutes you can reach the picturesque and historic coastal village of Kristianopel, which has several restaurants and cafés. Until the 17th century, the border between the Danish and Swedish kingdoms ran through Brömsebro, just a few kilometers north of Kristianopel. There, a memorial stone commemorates the peace treaty between Denmark and Sweden from 1645.brIn just over 20 minutes by car you can reach another excursion destination: the seal sanctuary “Isaks Kläpp” east of Olsäng. If you walk to the very tip of the headland, you will be able to see harbor seals. In the heart of the Karlskrona archipelago, on the beautiful island of Fäjö, this completely newly renovated cottage is located just a few hundred meters from the sea with its own jetty. Here you have a scenic environment with a beech forest behind the knot. The cottage has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Here there is a sofa bed, dining area and TV. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bright, nice bathroom has a shower. The cottage has two balconies. One at the front with a roof and also one at the back. Good to know is that the cottage is on the owner's plot. You only have a short walk through the beech forest to get down to the sea and the jetty which you only share with the owner of the cottage. Perfect place for a morning swim! There is also a canoe here to borrow if you want. You can rent a boat place at the jetty for your own boat from the owner, this is only possible for one boat. Just a few kilometers away there is a good, child-friendly bathing area called Knipehall - a beautifully located bathing area with a sandy beach, trampoline, barbecue area and more. If you like to play golf, Trummenäs golf club is only a few kilometers away, which has a beautiful 18-hole course and padel courts. The golf club also has a very popular food service. Nearby is also the children's playground Barnens gård, which is an oasis full of play with everything from a water park to trampolines and animals. In Lyckeby there is a large shopping center with shopping and a large grocery store. Karlskrona is a city full of activities and has a magical and relatively untouched archipelago. Here you can, among other things, visit the Marine Museum and go sightseeing with tour boats. The city has been a naval base since the 17th century and evidence of this can be seen everywhere: grand churches, grand squares, parade streets and defense works that attract visitors from all over the world.
