During spring and winter, it is the perfect time for cycling and hiking in the Tramuntana mountains. The pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10 x 5 meters. The spacious and well-kept garden invites you to spread out your towel directly on the lawn while the family chef prepares a tasty barbecue. The porch gives access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, dining table and much more. From there you reach the living-dining room with wood-burning cooker, Wifi and satellite TV. To relax you can choose between 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The front porch is a very nice and quiet place where you can have an aperitif before going out for dinner in the evening. If you prefer, you can also make use of the mobile barbecue and prepare a delicious dinner for your guests. As it is located in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby but the plot is fenced so that you do not lose your privacy.brbrThe interior of the house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and a CD and DVD player if you wish to listen to music or watch a film.
