The newly built 3-family house, which was completed in May 2016, is located at 1000m altitude in one of the most beautifully situated regions in the southern Black Forest, in the middle of the idyllic Hofsgrund, with a view of the local mountain Schauinsland. Our new and lovingly furnished apartment with 115sqm and a large balcony for just switching off in the sunset offers the ideal opportunity as a starting point for wonderful hikes, bike tours and productive leisure trips (Steinwasenpark 5 minutes away) with a bus stop right outside the front door. The bakery, inn, shop, children's playground, Dobelsee, winter sports shop and local ski lifts are all nearby. For animal lovers, we have our small farm with suckler cow, horses and 2 cats in the back yard of the large area, which invite you to relax in the countryside and make your eyes sparkle. City trips are not neglected either, because our well-known, multifaceted city of Freiburg can be reached in just 25 minutes and brings the ideal change with a shopping tour, museum day or city tour. The Europapark in Rust, Strassbourg and Basel are also in the immediate vicinity.brRegarding the restaurant situation, we have a restaurant with a terrace 50m from our house. As well as 3 other inns, which can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
