Two bedrooms that can be darkened ensure a restful night's sleep. An open-plan kitchen, a cosy living room and a bathroom with shower create a comfortable atmosphere - perfect for a relaxing holiday.brbrPlease note: Due to the largely preserved old room structure, the flat is not barrier-free. The centuries-old doorsteps are part of the authentic character of the house, but require some attention. In summer, beautiful hiking trails can be explored right on the doorstep. There is something for everyone in the surrounding area. In winter, various snowshoe hiking trails pass close to the house. A cross-country ski trail can also be used day and night.brbrThe farmhouse is located just outside Schwellbrunn on a private road. Direct access to the house is possible and parking spaces are available right next to the flat. The steep road, paved with Ecoraster, is not necessarily recommended for cars with long wheelbase or lowered cars. The nearest bus stop is a 30-minute walk away. By car it is 10 minutes to Herisau and 20 minutes to the city of St.Gallen or Appenzell.brbrWe, the landlords, also live on the property. You are welcome to use all amenities in common.
