This newly renovated Holiday Home is located in Eyrarbakki, south of Iceland. Eyrarbakki is small town by the ocean, where you can find Black Sand beach, great location to see the Northern Lights ( if weather conditions are right ). Rauða Húsið restaurant is there, they are famous for their lobster. brTown Stokkseyri is 6 km away, there is nice path along the coast line, where you can walk or use our bike to go there.brTown Selfoss is just 12,8 km drive away, there you can do all shopping you need, more restaurants, gym, swimming pool etc. brbrOur house was built 1935, but was recently renovated. You enter the house on the main floor, there you have bathroom with shower, Fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, living room with flatscreen TV and Apple TV, with all streaming services you need, Netflix etc. Then in the upper floor where we have sofa and Single Bed (90x200cm) and the Master bedroom with King size bed (180x200cm), we can add single bed there if needed (90x200cm). brIn the basement we have bedroom with two Single beds (90x200cm) that we can put together as King Size bed (180x200cm). In front the bedroom we have nice sofa and single bed (120x200cm), in the basement we have bikes that you can use , extra fridge and washing machine. brbrWe can provide baby crib and high chair for your children.brbrWe provide linen, towels and soap etc.brbrIt's a very nice house in a nice neighbourhood. brbrWe manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Good views and peaceful location. A short drive of around 40 minutes from your Seaside cottage will bring you to the major tourist attractions in South Iceland. At the end of the day, return to this welcoming cozy Seaside cottage and relax.brbrSudurgata cottage offers two double bedrooms, 200cm x140cm and 180cm x130cm. In the smaller bedroom is a wardrobe. There is also a nice and cozy living, dining area and well equipped kitchen with all conceivable cookware, crockery, glassware. Down stairs is a washing machine and a beautiful and romantic bathroom with bathtub scented oils and bath salts, basin and WC. Beside the bathtub is a rocking chair and candles all around. Outside is an open garden with a private patio, garden furniture and a gas BBQ. From where the garden ends you only have a few steps to the magnificent Atlantic ocean. brbrGrocery store and restaurant are in the village.
