My house is an old house but completely renovated, close to the historic center of Périgueux, the cathedral, shops, and the greenway. brYou can do everything on foot! brFull of light and space, this house offers a garden, tranquility, barbecue, deck chairs, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and completely new bedding. Cleaning included. br1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. brShower room and separate toilet on the ground floor. brFree parking space. brbrThe accommodation: brThe house is quiet, fresh, and very bright, opening onto a lovely small garden with terraces and a magnificent olive tree. brIt is equipped with fans for summer and a lovely wood stove for winter! brAll bedding and household appliances are new. brFor the furniture and decor, I mixed new and vintage for a cozy and warm effect! brbrThe neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities: supermarket, excellent bakery, pharmacy nearby. brAnd it offers many free parking spaces.brbrYou can walk to the historic center of Périgueux, discover its architectural and culinary treasures... and enjoy its magnificent market! brbrThe downstairs room has a double bed of 140cm and a bay window that opens directly onto the terrace. brThe large upstairs bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and a view of the garden. brThe second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160cm. brThe beds are new and super comfortable! brThe bathroom has a large Italian shower and a window. brThe washing machine is isolated and accessible in a small closet. brThe WC is separate. brbrThere are 2 large terraces in front of the house, which faces south! brThere is a small enclosed garden behind the shed. You can relax on the terrace on the sun loungers and the small garden lounge, and dine peacefully at the large table. brBarbecue and parasols are at your disposal... brbrThe cleaning fee is 50€.brThe Rental Costs for Household Linen (Fitted Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Bath Sheets, Towels, Bath Mats & Kitchen Cloths) are €40, to be specified when booking so that the beds are made for your arrival! brbrDogs are accepted but limited to 1 pet only, as my house and garden cannot accommodate more.
