Beautiful bright apartment completely renovated 110m² in the heart of Périgueux

Excellent stay at this wonderful apartment in Perigueux. Easy communications with very helpful and welcoming host before and during my stay. Apartment is quite large, well furnished, perfectly located near the historic center and only a short walk to the train station. Very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. I look forward to my return.

I absolutely loved this apt. and the old city of Perigueux! Everything I needed and all the activities were within a 2 to 15 minute walk - post office, grocery store, walking tours, bakeries, restaurants, everything! I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years, and Francis is, by far, the best host I have ever met! He is so caring, attentive and helpful, and can’t do enough for you. He communicated regularly to be sure everything was okay with my stay. It was a wonderful month’s stay. Thank you, Francis, for sharing your home and for being a true Superhost!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Situated a short walk from the centre, it is an ideal location to explore Perigueux and the Dordogne. The property is well appointed, bright and airy with a lovely balcony, and Francis a wonderful host - who kindly bought us fresh flowers and a bottle of local wine to welcome us. A very enjoyable week!

We have just returned from our holiday in Perigueux. We were at the apartment for two weeks . The apartment owner Francis, was extremely attentive and warm. We have stayed across Europe in various Vrbo's but this was the first time that we found an apartment that was so well equipped , beautifully furnished ,and spacious. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Old town. Those interested should try St Louis restaurant and best sorbet in our opinion Herve Robin. We had an amazing time and Francis's is apartment is well worth the stay. Thank you Francis.

Great accommodation We really enjoyed our stay Very central

We had a totally enjoyable stay at this apartment. It is spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you could ever need for a relaxing stay in the heart of a beautiful city. Parking is easy all around the surrounding streets and the neighborhood has all the shops and restaurants you will ever need. Francis is the perfect host - helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect and we are looking forward to planning a return visit as soon as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and host. It would definitely be our first choice when visiting this region again.

We arrived in Pèrigueux hours later than expected after our bus broke down and we had to catch another. Francis had been waiting around for us all day but was very warm and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and if you love to cook, there is everything you could ever want in the kitchen. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, the balcony goes all the way around, I could go on and on... Francis's place exceeded expectations and we felt at home from the moment we walked in. We appreciated all the little touches. Francis was very friendly and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question or a problem. We were sad to leave!

From start to finish, we enjoyed our stay. Francis and Veronique were very welcoming and responsive to our every need. We were able to easily walk everywhere. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Périgueux, however long your stay.

Great property with brilliant owners. Would stay again

The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. It was very tastefully furnished and decorated, and Francis and Veronique were very welcoming, and took great pains to show us round the apartment, and how to operate the dishwasher/washing machine, etc. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a short walk. On-street parking could be problematic, however there is a large underground car park 5 mins. away where we were able to leave our hire car safely parked overnight, for less than 7 Euros. Notwithstanding the ongoing heatwave, we had a great holiday , using Perigueux as a hub. Should we return to Perigueux, we will certainly look to rent out this apartment once more.
