Toda comunicación se debe realizar únicamente a través de mensajes en Airbnb. Nuestro horario de atención es desde las 8:00 hrs. a las 23:00 hrs. brbr2. Antes de realizar una reserva, se debe seleccionar la cantidad correcta de huéspedes, que no puede superar la capacidad máxima de la propiedad. brbr3. Solo se permitirá el ingreso de los huéspedes registrados en la reserva. brbr4. No está permitido el ingreso de niños menores de 7 años. brbr brbrSOBRE EL CHECK-IN brbr1. El check-in es a partir de las 15:00 hrs y el check-out es hasta las 11:00 hrs. Los early check-in y late check-out están sujetos a disponibilidad. brbr2. Al momento de hacer la reserva será necesario proporcionar una foto del documento de identidad o pasaporte de cada huésped, antes del check-in. De acuerdo con el Decreto Supremo n.° 011-2024-IN, debemos verificar y registrar a los huéspedes extranjeros en la plataforma de migraciones. brbr3. Al llegar por primera vez al edificio, es necesario que te identifiques en la recepción presentando tu documento de identidad para poder ingresar. brbr brbrSOBRE LAS VISITAS brbr1. El ingreso y permanencia de visitantes solo está permitido entre las 09:00 y 23:00 horas. brbr2. Para autorizar el ingreso de huéspedes y visitantes, es necesario proporcionar con anticipación los nombres, apellidos y números de documento de identidad de cada persona. La información debe ser enviada dentro de nuestro horario de atención. brbr3. El número de visitas estará delimitado por la capacidad máxima del apartamento. Es decir, el número total de personas (huéspedes más visitas) no debe superar la capacidad máxima del alojamiento. brbr4. No está permitido que las visitas pernocten en la propiedad, solo los huéspedes pueden hacerlo. brbrDURANTE LA ESTADÍA brbr1. No están permitidas las fiestas o reuniones sociales. Penalidad: 300 USD. brbr2. No está permitido el ruido o bulla excesiva entre las 23:00 y 07:00 horas. Penalidad: 150 USD brbr3. No está permitido fumar cigarro, cigarrillo electrónico, puro y/o cualquier tipo de droga. Esto incluye las zonas al aire libre como ventanas, balcones, terrazas, patios y/o azoteas. Penalidad: 150 USD brbr4. No está permitido el consumo de estupefacientes, psicotrópicos, psicodélicos, narcóticos y/o cualquier tipo de droga. Solo se permite el consumo moderado y responsable de alcohol a mayores de edad. Penalidad: 150 USD brbr5. No está permitida la captura de fotos y/o video dentro de las propiedades, edificios y/o condominios para fines publicitarios, comerciales y/o académicos sin previo acuerdo y autorización debido a que tiene un precio diferenciado, el cual depende de la propiedad elegida y la cantidad de personas a ingresar. brbr6. No está permitido colocar ropa, sábanas y/o toallas en ventanas, balcones, terrazas y/o patios. brbr7. No está permitido arrojar papeles, materiales insolubles y/o cualquier tipo de elemento sólido en lavamanos, lavaplatos y/o inodoros. brbr8. No está permitido pegar y/o colgar carteles, globos y/o cualquier tipo de elemento decorativo dentro las propiedades, edificios y/o condominios. brbr9. No está permitido el ingreso de repartidores de delivery a las propiedades, edificios y/o condominios. Los pedidos de delivery se deben recibir en la vía pública. brbr10. No está permitido utilizar ascensores y/o caminar por pasillos y/o zonas comunes de edificios y/o condominios con zapatos y/o pies mojados. brbr11. No está permitida la divulgación y/o publicación de información que exponga la seguridad e integridad de las propiedades, edificios y/o condominios. brbr12. No está permitido estar con el cuerpo completamente desnudo dentro de las propiedades mientras las cortinas o persianas de las ventanas están abiertas. Tampoco está permitido salir con el cuerpo completamente desnudo a balcones, terrazas, patios y/o azoteas. brbr13. No está permitido utilizar el lobby, recepción u otras zonas comunes de edificios y/o condominios como puntos de espera antes del check-in y/o después del check-out. brbr brbrSOBRE EL CHECK-OUT brbr1. Apaga las luces y electrodomésticos. brbr2. Revisa que lleves todas tus pertenencias contigo. En caso de que encontremos pertenencias olvidadas después de realizado el check-out, estas se mantendrán en custodia en nuestra oficina durante un periodo máximo de 30 días calendario a la espera de que sean recuperadas. Posterior a ello, serán donadas o desechadas. No ofrecemos servicio de envío de pertenencias olvidadas al interior o exterior del país. Los alimentos y/o bebidas perecibles no se mantendrán en custodia, serán donados o desechados inmediatamente. brbr brbrCONSIDERACIONES FINALES brbr1. Sé amable con los vecinos y el personal de recepción del edificio. Además, respeta las zonas de uso común y las horas de silencio. brbr2. La recepción del edificio no trabaja para nosotros, por lo tanto, cualquier incidente debe ser reportado directamente a nosotros para poder ayudarte si es necesario. brbr3. Todo costo adicional a causa de lavados exhaustivos, limpiezas profundas, transportes, arreglos y/o reposiciones por pérdidas y/o daños en las propiedades, edificios y/o condominios debe ser asumido por el huésped responsable de la reserva. brbr4. Toda cantidad monetaria perdida a causa de cancelaciones, descuentos, reembolsos y/o modificaciones de una reserva que no puede iniciar en su fecha y hora establecida de check-in debido al incumplimiento en la fecha y hora establecida de check-out de una reserva finalizada debe ser asumida por el huésped responsable de la reserva finalizada. brbr5. Toda multa o penalización monetaria impuesta por la administración del edificio, condominio y/o municipalidad hacia Geko y/o el dueño de la propiedad a causa del incumplimiento de las normas de edificios, condominios y/o distritos debe ser asumida por el huésped responsable de la reserva. brbr6. El incumplimiento de las reglas de alojamiento implica la cancelación de la reserva aplicando la política de cancelación establecida.
