The property is a 16 minute (9.8 km) drive from Torrox costa which has a long stretch of beach and promenade with its night life, diverse restaurants and bars. The town of Nerja is 20 minute (14km) drive. Malaga airport is 50 minutes (66km) away by car. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers alike as the property is in the countryside there are many walking routes to be discovered. Hire car necessary. Good access less than 2 minutes from the main road. This two bedroom bungalow has been recently refurbished with a modern open plan kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, extractor fan and microwave. The modern shower room is also new and consists of a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin with cupboard and mirror . Two good sized bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed the second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to create another double. Both are fully furnished, with bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors and power points, wardrobe space and air conditioning for both hot and cold. The large lounge has a breakfast bar, 3 piece sofa, flat screen tv with wifi connection, tv system and air conditioning. There is a safe available for guest use. All the windows have mosquitos screens. There is a glass conservatory on the front of the property offering uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
