Before you read on: this villa fits a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. brbr brbr brbr brbr brbrLocation and outside area brbr brbrNo rental car needed at this villa: it's only a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops, tapa bars, and the beaches such as playas Carabeillo and Carabeo. Still the house does have its own private parking. In case you prefer visiting the highlights of Andalusia without driving, then you can book a guided excursion or take public transport from the bus station at 800 m from the villa. The villa is provided with a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (2.5 x 3.5 m). A large sun screen covers the dining area making it a perfect spot to enjoy a lunch in the shade; barbecue and patio furniture are provided. For families with children it will be good to know that there is also a shared pool (visible on one of the pictures) where the kids can make new friends. On the first floor is another sun terrace with the same splendid sea views, only accessible through the master bedroom. brbr brbr brbr brbr brbrNotes: brbr brbr* The City Council of Nerja has the intention to cut Carabeo Street with a poller in the near future. At this moment we do not know if the street, and thus the parking, will be accessible for the guests, since there is a lack of information on the part of the City Council. In case access to the parking of the villa finally would not be possible, then we nor the property owner can not be held responsible. Should this happen, then you can park your car at Parking Carabeo, a very large parking lot just behind Calle Carabeo, at 3 minutes walk. There is a special price for 7 days (please ask us for approximate prices). brbr brbr brbr brbr brbr* In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing Sevillanas, drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The private parking next to the villa will not be available from a few days days before and during the fair because the calle Carabeo will not be accessible. If you bring a car, you can try to find a spot in the surroundings or we can offer you a free parking at Marina Turquesa apartments (at 1,5 km from the villa). You may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as the villa is at a prudent distance from the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything. brbr brbr brbr brbr brbrInside and lay-out brbr brbrThe villa is built on two floors and comfortably furnished; the marble floors show the good taste of the designer. Villa Coral is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a west facing terrace and a private heated plunge pool. The villa has private access from the road and it offers parking space upon request for one vehicle right infront of the accommkodation. brbr brbrThe villa is located in a enviable area next door to the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 10-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. Next door to our Villa Coral we have our Villa Calazul which sleeps 6 people. brbr brbrTo the entrance hall area there is a restroom with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. Our pool features a heating system, available during spring, autumn, and winter to ensure a pleasant water temperature at all times. In the summer months, the heating is not activated as the water naturally reaches an ideal temperature for swimming. brbrThe small heated pool ideal for sitting and relaxing both at any time of the year has dimensions 113 CM X 355 CM and depth of 156 CM. brbr brbrOn the lower level under the first floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed (1.50 X 1.90 m.) and ensuite shower room.
