HOMEABOUT LA MERCED STUDIO 7:brBright exterior studio, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The studio is located on a third floor, easily accessible with the lift; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The area is calm. brbr brbrThe studio has a double bed, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom. brbr brbr brbr brbr brbrEXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet. brbr brbr brbr brbrCHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am.
