This house is our family retreat, just 45 minutes from Seville, an amazing place, where all kinds of details have been taken care of to make the stay simply perfect. Its spacious rooms, the singular color of the walls, the perfect decoration, the magnificent garden, the huge swimming pool ... is a house that, despite being of new construction, is perfectly integrated in the environment, its appearance reminds of Tuscany. . It is located in an unbeatable location, a few minutes from Aracena and with access to incredible villages. The property consists of 220 hectares of land and a house of 600 m2. The property has a large living room of 100 m2, a tv room, a dining room, kitchen with all kinds of comforts (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, etc.), 5 bedrooms all with bathroom inside and a big Hunting lodge with spectacular countryside views. The whole house is decorated with taste and with all kinds of details and amenities. The house is surrounded by a beautiful cobbled porch which leads to the pool area and garden. In the garden there is a small orchard and an area of ​​fruit trees. The property has 220 hectares of private land, perfect to enjoy long walks or to picnic in the countryside (always respecting nature), through the property passes to public road that ends in the town of Higuera, highly recommended to do trekking.
