The nearest Lidl grocery store is only 220m away. In the area there is also a communal pool, free parking on the street. For those who enjoy discovering nature and hiking, there are a lot of hiking trails and green areas to discover nearby, one of the most beautiful trails on the Costa del Sol starts from the village of Mijas Pueblo, just under 6km from the townhouse. When you step through the door, you are greeted by a modern and bright home in Scandinavian style. You have a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything else you need to cook on the holiday. Furthermore, you have a spacious living room with a dining group for 6 people, a small outdoor breakfast patio, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. On this floor there is also a bathroom. One floor up you have 3 bedrooms with double beds and a lovely balcony, here there is also a bathroom. At the top of the terraced house you have the lovely roof terrace with a lounge corner, dining table and sun loungers and a gas grill. From here the view is wonderful with panoramic views of the Mijas mountains.
