The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a shower room with toilet.brThe kitchen/ lounge opens up onto the main, west-facing terrace (40 sq.m.). At the rear of the flat there is a further east-facing terrace(30 sq.m), so there is always a choice of sun and/or shade during the day. brbrThere are 3 adult and 2 children’s’ pools (unheated) with sun loungers available. During the summer season there are 2 on-duty lifeguards, with one pool reserved for adults only. During the winter season 1 pool remains open, for both adults and children. In addition to a wonderful tropical garden there is also a private playground, artificial putting and chipping greens, and a Padel tennis court. brThere is an on-site day-time concierge and a night-time security guard as well as the Los Flamingos security.brbrThe apartment is situated approx. 50 mins from Malaga airport and 45 mins from Gibraltar airport. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and all the Costa del Sol has to offer are within easy reach.
