The Mediterranean flowering garden, overgrown with shady trees, olive, orange, fig, pomegranate trees, colourful bougainvillea and oleander is the heart of this holiday home and reflects all the German landlords' fondness for Greek nature. The old village house from the 70s was renovated in 2014 and converted into a comfortable holiday home. Two-storey, tastefully furnished, equipped with selected objects and furniture and discreet, contemporary furnishings, this holiday home offers everything for a successful, carefree holiday. The beautiful garden with its terraces offers plenty of seating and shady spots on some hot days. brbrGround-level entrance via the courtyard. It is an extensive beach with various partly managed beach sections, with sun loungers, umbrellas, tavernas and cafés.brbrThe location of the holiday home Meraki is ideal for a casual holiday, with easy access from Athens airport and Patras ferry port. An ideal starting point for walks or for visits to the ancient settlements to Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, Epidauros or Olympia.brbrTo the port of Patras it is 30km, to the nearest town, to Aigio just 7km and to the airport of Athens 2 hours. It is ideal for 8 persons, with 2 bedrooms and a large living room, big kitchen etc.brbrVilla Primavera is fully furnished and functional, with a total area of 170sqm which extends on one floor (ground floor) and includes the following areas: 2 bedrooms with double bed, large living room with fireplace and 4 sofas, dining room for 8 people, large and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry-warehouse, covered barbecue, parking space. Animals are not allowed to climb onto the beds and sofas of each villa and much less to sleep with their owners or their children.br5. On the contrary, pet owners must transport the special pillows / bases from their homes (where their animals sleep) so that they feel like they are in a familiar environment.br6. In the event that other guests or friends/visitors are present in the common areas of the complex (swimming pool, bbq, courts, gardens, etc.), the animals must be on a leash held by their owners or be isolated in a closed/covered area, so that they do not approach other people other than their owners.br7. In addition to the above, the rules of proper/good coexistence between our guests also apply and at the same time mutual respect and understanding must prevail between the families being hosted (e.g. avoid continuous and persistent barking, especially during quiet hours, or at night).br8. For any problem that may arise with the pets or between the various families of our guests (related to the animals), please inform immediately the owners or managers of each villa.brWe thank you for your willingness to cooperate and implement the above and we wish you a peaceful and relaxing stay, for you and our four-legged friends.brbrThe location of the house is ideal for excursions in beautiful areas such as Delphi, Galaxidi, Kalavrita ski resort, Olympia archaeological site, It is a good base for many excursions to tourist attractions, 6 wineries with wine tasting, religious tourism / monasteries (Mega Cave, Agia Lavra), and directions will be given on arrival by the owner or earlier.brbrIt is set in the middle of a farm, which is full of flowers, plants and crops along with a large 60sqm swimming pool and a large tennis court / basketball / 5x5.brIt is located in a very quiet area surrounded by adjacent crops of sunflowers, orange, olive trees etc. brbrThe house is at a vertical distance of about 500m from the new National Road (exit 23 to Selianitika/Logo), access time 5 minutes, at a vertical distance of 1,000m from the beach and at an average altitude of 170m (giving a panoramic view from east to west of the entire Corinthian Gulf), while it is located opposite the Trizonia islands complex, with the very beautiful and tourist port for yachts.

Venizelos, Athens airport (meaning a 2-hours drive from the airport while using the new National Highway).br2) The distance from the new port of Patras is about 30 km, which means less than half an hour driving.br3) The exit number from the National highway is number 23, from where someone who comes with his own car should enter the village of Selianitika and to meet the owner's representative outside of the only church that exists “Saint Vasileios”.br4) For the renters of the country house, it is necessary to rent also a car, whereas the owner (or his representative) can assist them by providing 2-3 addresses of car rentals in Patras or Aigio (Aigio is 6 km away, from the house and is the closest largest city that has all kinds of commercial shops).br5) If the renters wish to come with their own car, or rent one from Athens airport or port of Patras, the owner's representative will wait for them in the centre of Selianitika, at an agreed time.br6) The owner's representative could offer a small tour in Selianitika and/or Aigio, to indicate to the renters suitable super markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, or anything similar that they may need.br7) Upon arrival at the house, the owner's representative, except from the delivery of the keys to the visitors, could offer information for areas of touristic interest and also instructions for use of the house’ systems and equipment (e.g. alarm, radiator, air conditioners, swimming pool etc).br8) Finally, in case a small damage repair at the house is required, the owner could contact an appropriate technician (i.e. electrician, plumber, etc) to repair the damage, earliest possible time.brbrTRANSFER YOUR TELEWORK IN AN AMAZING PLACEbrbrEventually it seems that the pandemic will plague Greece and many other European countries for many months to come and the various governments will even proceed to successive lockdowns and market openings alternatively.brHence, as it turns out the teleworking will be a one-way street for almost all businesses and the public sector, all trying to take advantage of the technological innovations of telecommunications of our time.brIn this context, we offer you the alternative solution of transferring your remote work space to Panorama or Primavera villa, where in addition to your safe and secluded stay, other opportunities are offered as for instance:br• Separate areas with comfortable offices for teleworking, which are isolated from the rest of the cottage, which are very bright and quiet (see related photos).br• A router is installed in each cottage, as well as a third one for the outdoor areas of the cottages with reception up to the edge of the pool and at satisfactory speeds.br• No passing cars or walkers / travelers or locals are approaching the 2 cottages.br• Excellent quality food is ensured through delivery from 2 neighboring taverns, either grilled or cooked (different per day).br• The local and complete super market is large enough and complies with all safety rules and regulations, which is within 5 minutes’ drive to buy everything you need.br• Sports facilities inside the existing court, for jogging / walking around the borders of the farm, without leaving the cottages.brThe above facilities are combined with reduced prices / “winter offers” and with further negotiation of daily rates for stays longer than 10 days and all to be again combined with your Christmas holidays, if finally travelling shall be finally permitted (within the coming days).
