We invite you to come enjoy our family home. It’s been in our family for over 50 years. Originally belonging to Keith Russell, owner of the restaurant Rudy’s Place at the bottom of the hill. A native Bahamian, our family coming to the Abacos during the Revolutionary War. brbrInterior was completely renovated with completion in late 2017. We put a new roof on in March of 2019. King bed in the master with ensuite bath, queen bed with Jack and Jill full bath, also an extra sleeping loft with full sized bed, up our ship stairs off the main living room. brbrThe house has cable, WiFi, local phone, and whole house automatic generator. brbrChef’s kitchen boasting a large sink, an additional island prep sink, gas cooktop topped with plantation teak countertops. Fully equipped with stainless and nonstick cookware. Keurig and toaster are hidden away in appliance garage to the right of the sink, keeping the countertops clear. The island seats 6+, we often have 10 or more for family gatherings. Kitchen is an open concept to the living area. Also opening to an Eastern 14’ door to the deck as well as a 6’ door to the outdoor kitchen. brbr32” TVs in both bedrooms, with a 55” TV in the living alcove off the kitchen. Not currently depicted.
