Your Perfect Dalmatian Villa with a Pool

The villa is spacious and has all amenities you could want for a family vacation. Vera was a wonderful host. Some construction in the area was the only minor negative.

The house is really two two bedroom apartments stacked. Quite private considering right in town. Very nice gardening. Owners accommodated our very late arrive with a smile on there face. Pool refreshing, warm once you are in maybe 21-22 but when we were there the temp outside was 30ish. AC works great. No complaints. Don't rent a big vehicle in Croatia. Would I recommend this place, YES! Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The house was beautiful! Scenic views of the water and an incredible olive orchard in the backyard. The pool was perfect! And we were in walking distance to a great beach and lots of activities downtown.

We were 8 women staying for a Hen Do and had both apartments, the place was beautiful and very well equipped and comfortable, a real home from home. The host met us on arrival and departure and was super helpful with communication both before and during the stay, even helped us with arriving earlier when the airline changed our flight to an early morning flight. There were lots of useful and thoughtful touches, drinks on arrival in the fridge, a huge pack of extra toilet rolls and there were soaps, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent which we made use of, enough sun beds for guests and even wood stocked for the BBQ. Very good location and easily accessed with Ubers (and another but we just used uber). We had a couple of Wolt deliveries too and there are some supermarkets close by. Would 100% recommend a stay here! Thank you to the hosts! 3

Enjoyed our stay at this house in Znjan. The owners parents were waiting for us when we arrived and handed us the keys. Large place that is well laid out for a decent size group. We were able to drive to Strobec for dinner, downtown near the Palace and Riva for site seeing, and to various beaches. The beach closest to the house is under a bit of construction, can still quickly get to one nice swimming spot or walk about a mile to get to a beach club near the Radisson hotel. Otherwise the house is in a pretty quiet area

We spent a long weekend with friends and had a great time. House has plenty of space and the pool is really nice.

The hosts were very kind and responsive in the build up to our stay and during. Useful to have the two floors/apartments for a big group and the house was lovely, clean, well stocked kitchen etc. overall a really fun stay and would definitely recommend!

Lovely property in a lovely setting. Great facilities and well maintained. It is two villas joined as one, with full kitchens, dining areas and sofa areas up and down stairs so privacy if you need it. Superb bathrooms and shower rooms, bidets, washing machines, dishwashers, and the all important air con - it's all here! Massive fridges with ice making facility - much needed as it was 38+ degrees while were there. Host is really helpful and her Dad Lovre met us, filled the fridge with cold drinks for us, topped up the chlorine in the pool and came to say goodbye. Absolutely great. Really 5 stars. The villa is down a side lane which leads down to the main road (about a 7 minute walk) which you can then walk into Znjan and the beach. It's on a hill so great when you're going down...! The nearest supermarket is called Plodine and that is a 15 minute walk (uphill) and is a cross between a Tesco and an Aldi, so lots to choose from. Make sure you weigh any fruit or veg at the weighing stations before you take to the till. There are plenty of vegan choices too - butter replacement, nuggets etc, ice cream (Ben and Jerrys!), all sorts of stuff. We used Ubers to get around - most expensive was 12 euros but mostly they were around 8e for a five+ seater. But THE most important thing - take lots & lots of mosquito/midge stuff - before and after treatment. You can't see the blighters but they can see you! (Germolene and Sudacreme also good to have in your arsenal). Fabulous place.

Authentic Split home with pool and close to Beach in a split suburb but very close to all major attractions Roomy enough for 2 full families and kept in very good condition Family run with exceptional attentiveness to guest needs Be careful with driving at night as it's a dirt side road with minimal lighting and tricky parking but very safe overall Uber is best option Great boating to local islands as well

Great location, nice and secluded, fab pool area. We were 11 ladies on a hen weekend, the villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner met us at the villa on arrival and even stocked the fridge with beers and cold drinks. He was very helpful, would definitely go back.
