This villa needs a little love given to it. For less than $100 plastic, broken blonds could be replaced. A door with note on the wall to not open due to it being broken should be fixed. When i told the owner he said he knew about all these things but obviously didn't care to have them fixed. Not to yhe mass of cable and internet boxes and cords on the bedroom end table and stacked on the floor. Actually lights the room all night until you physically cover the boxed with towels. Again this property is clean and well situated but the sad little things are depressing .

The property was in a good location, and provided very nice space for us. It had not been cleaned when we arrived, but contact with the owner provided cleaning the following morning, and we were brought clean bedding and towels within an hour. We also received a refund. The owner was very nice to work with.

Clean house, code and car pass on time, very spacious.

The home was beautiful and great location. The dune buggy was so helpful. The pool was broken for the duration of our 8 night stay which was a real bummer, but otherwise a great place!

This is a beautiful unit that is very well appointed. The St Andrews Common is private and very quiet. It was a perfect place to recharge. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone

Everything about this property is great: location, cleanliness, WiFi, HVAC, TVs . To top all of that Jim, the owner, is very responsive and easy to work with.

This is our fourth time we stayed at this property. We absolutely love the accommodations, location and the host's positive and timely communication. The Villa was very nice. It was well kept. The stove, oven , and all appliances worked well. The AC was cold. The only item was there was not an ice maker. Not difficult there was enough storage to buy Ice. The Fridge was small but you had to restock for cold drinks daily.

While we have been coming to HHI for 20 years, this was our first time staying in St. Andrews and we’ll be back! The pool is lovely and has shade to cool off in, and sun for tanning. The distance to the beach didn’t bother us because we drive to the beach to haul all the chairs, cooler, etc anyway. The condo was clean and spacious. Jim was quick to answer any questions I had prior to arrival. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The condo is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The community it is located in is great for people who like to walk and ride bikes. Had a great time here.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything that was described. The villa was clean and had everything you could possibly need from beach chairs to cooking supplies to an excellent array of cocktail glasses for “happy hour” if you desire. Would definitely book again.

We appreciated the location close to our parents' townhouse. The living areas were lovely and cozy and two bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect for the family members joining us. We would definitely book this property again!

Property was excellent, exactly as listed. We have had several rentals in the past on Hilton Head, Island and this was the best. Communications with the owner were clear and consistent, including same-day response on a question we had. We are very pleased with our stay and our only wish is that we would have stayed longer.

Did a lot of reading beforehand looking for a nice property to continue our week in Hilton Head (moved over from the Disney resort mid-week). Our experience @ St. Andrews Commons in Mr. Jim's condo was outstanding. The unit was very clean. Loved all of the interior lighting choices. Cooling system was great. The internet was excellent for my wife being able to do zoom calls for work. From picking up the 2 parking passes and utilizing the code for the door entry, it was a seamless operation. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Loved the family room with the ample seating. The wrap around porch was very nice. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Loved being on the second floor for the quietness. The pool area was lovely. I cannot stress enough how responsive Mr. Jim was to our questions when we were arriving at our condo decision and following up with us when we made our final preparations. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

Yearly family vacation to HH was great, except for tropical storm Debbie.
