Views.
Enjoy views over the turquoise waters of the Whitsundays from every level of this incredible home - one of the highest in theYacht Club Villa complex. The top level, which runs off the master suite, includes two sun lounges, and the main living level offers a BBQ and outdoor dining for eight people.

Location.
The Yacht Club Villas are ideally located alongside the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club. It's just a quick walk to all the shops, bars and cafes on Hamilton Island's Front Street, and a short buggy ride to everything else the island has to offer.

Rooms.
Set over four spacious levels, this impressive villa includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, groups of friends or extended families. Bedrooms 1, 3 & 4 have an ensuite, and bedroom 2 has an external bathroom. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Australian Design.
The striking design, by renowned architect Walter Barda, maximises the incredible view. Large louvered windows allow air and light to flow through the villa.

Yacht Club Villa 28 has all the facilities and features you need to fully relax into island life: a fully equipped, state-of-the art kitchen with coffee machine, air-conditioning throughout, two golf buggies, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Your Villa also includes a custom hamper box and a bottle of wine.

Waterfront pool.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will have access to the complex's shared lagoon pool, which is located right on the water's edge.

Baby's First Holiday.
Prepping, planning and packing for a holiday with a baby can be anything but relaxing. To lighten the load, Hamilton Island offers a selection of free items (as well as paid items by request) that can be ordered in advance and placed in your Yacht Club Villa when you arrive. Speak to the bookings team to discuss your needs and how we can help.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
