Stayed Dec 31, 1969We cannot put into words how perfect Villa Agazzi is. The house has been renovated to a wonderful standard and lacks for nothing. The pool, with its views is breath-taking. The grounds, full of lavender, olive trees, animals and vegetable garden are just perfect. The icing on the cake, however, is Patrizia, so welcoming and friendly. We can highly recommend a pasta making lesson, we didn't stop laughing and the ragu was amazing. We would recommend Villa Agazzi to anyone.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We very much enjoyed our Family vacation at Villa Agazzi - the inventory and the set up, the gardens, the property in total, the pool and the very private feeling we got was perfect. The only thing to improve is the list of available content to be left with the agency. For example I asked prior to our arrival whether pool towels are supplied and was told no, so I had to bring 6 heavy bathing towels in addition to our luggage. In fact the towels are all provided at the property. I also asked whether coffee makers are available and was given affirmative from the agency (Easy Reserve), it would be easier if there was an inventory listing available to the renter in Advance. The owner, Patricia was very helpful and gave very good suggestions of various Restaurants nearby and also for excursions (e.g to Assisi)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This Villa did not disappoint. In fact, the pictures do not do it justice. The owners are fantastic and very accommodating! We were 2 families - 7 in all and the accommodations were great. There are several kitchens that are all equally well- equipped. We had several meals together on the grand véranda with the most spectacular views! We used it as our pied à terre and visited much of Tuscany. We would rent there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an excellent stay in Villa Agazzi. The view from the property is magnificent and our kids will for sure remember this XL pool-with-view for the rest of their lives. On our arrival, a full basket of vegetables from the garden was on the table and a bowl with eggs as well as some basic supplies where in the fridge. Every evening we enjoyed the free shows that come with the superb view: fireworks in nearby villages, lightnings and/or beautiful sunsets. The owners (a couple with their young daughter) live in the other house on this property but respected 100% our privacy and only came by to bring us some home-made treats now and then. The little chapel is a small extra especially when you like to sing or brought your instrument: the acoustics are top! If you are thinking of preparing big family meals, take into account that the house in fact has 4 (limited) kitchen-units (you can use it as 4 semi-separated living units for 4 couples) so it requires some agility to get everything organised. Beds are very comfortable although rather short for people over 1m90. Next to Arezzo, we visited Cortona, Montepulciano, Lago di Trasimeno and the breathtaking city of Siena all within 1h drive.
