This splendid abode features three elegantly appointed bedrooms, with two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom is graced with a queen-size bed, a generous closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also offers direct access to the villa's private garden, enhancing the sense of tranquility. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its queen-size bed and closet. Ascend a charming staircase to discover the third bedroom, a haven of comfort with its queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto a delightful terrace, allowing you to bask in the beauty of the surroundings. A third bathroom with a convenient shower completes the layout, ensuring the utmost convenience for all guests.



The heart of Villa Prestigio 2 lies in its open-plan living area, which spans two levels. The bright and airy space welcomes you with a comfortable double sofa bed, a television for entertainment, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Here, you will find all the culinary tools you need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, and American coffee maker. French doors beckon you to the private porch adorned with a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Beyond the porch awaits the villa's pièce de résistance—the inviting private pool, perfect for leisurely swims and relaxation.

Booking Policy:

- Check-in: Between 15:00 and 20:00, please confirm at least 48 hours in advance.

- Check-out: By 10:00.

- For check-in or check-out requests outside of regular hours, availability permitting, an additional cost ranging from €20 to €40 may apply for arrivals after 20:00.

- Parties or events at the villa are not permitted.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property.

- Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
