Stayed Jun 27, 2025This property had bad 2nd hand smoke even though it states no smoking. Air filter was completely yellow and owner refused to credit us for our stay when we had to relocate because of the horrible 2nd hand smoke. This is also a triplex so it has a residence attached to both sides. There is a shared carport which one neighbors porch is attached to and smokes cigars constantly. Sad because we liked the walking distance to Park Ave.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025This is truly a home away from home. We loved our stay. The screened on porch is a cocktail haven. The beautiful fenced in yard a super bonus. You can walk anywhere - to nature, museums, bars, bakeries, the thrifty, park ave...the bank where ever. Loved it so much! Thank you Tony for sharing your lovely space.
