Stayed Feb 1, 2026This was a beautiful property! It was very comfortable and inviting. We had a great time here. The location is great near Park Ave and also near the Winter Park plaza. It was great being able to walk to both of these areas. Chris, our host, was great to work with! Just a wonderful place to stay and made our trip that much more enjoyable :)

Stayed Jan 26, 2024We enjoyed our 5 weeks in Winter Park. Space was great — especially loved the open living area and balcony with afternoon sun. Master bedroom is huge and other 2 bedrooms very comfortable. Host was very accommodating when I asked if the unit had a desk he purchased one prior to my arrival. Convenient location that is walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Saturday farmer’s market. Hope to return next year. One note that the photos show lounge type seating on the balcony but it is actually a table and chairs that was great for meals and games outside.
