Stayed Sep 4, 2023Clean apartment with beautiful garden and pool area. Comes equipped with everything you will need. Around a 20min walk into Pollensa and about the same to local Eroski and Lidl for food shopping. Property was very private and quiet, perfect for what we were looking for.

Stayed Aug 28, 2023We stayed in August and found the villa easily . Maria and Paco had communicated with us where the villa was , how to check in . The Villa is clean and cosy . Everything there you need . The pool was lovely . The aircon worked well . We liked the covered patio are as it rained a couple of times and it was lovely still to sit outside . 15 minutes to walk into the old town . Loads of beautiful restaurants . Lidyl is just down the road . We visited the beaches around st Vincent area which were amazing . Drove to pollensa and alcudia , very easy drive . Lovely lovely stay . Thank you Maria and Paco

Stayed Jul 22, 2022Nice place, remote enough to switch off and relax in the sun and the pool but close enough to town. Has everything that you need and hosts are really helpful with anything else you may need. Beautiful area, quiet and relaxing with plenty of opportunity to explore if you wish. Hire car probably a must.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022It's been already been said by others, but this is a lovely villa in an excellent location. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants, but away from the town noise. Paco was available if required and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed May 23, 2022We have just returned from spending 9 nights at the villa with our 3 year old son. He was so happy with the pool, slide, trampoline and the other toys provided. The villa was very comfortable with everything you need WI-FI, air con etc…..we often walked into the old town which was 15 mins walk - or taxi to the beach most days which was around 10 euro. We did get the bus once but it cost the same for 3 of us as the taxi! Paco came to check on us the make sure we had everything - he brought us a bike so I cycled with Lidl for shopping. Our only very small criticism is the shower could use a new head as it sprayed out into the bathroom and maybe a shower screen not curtains. But this is very minimal and just want to mention it as if it isn’t then how can anything ever be improved. We will defiantly look at booking again as the Villa and Pollenca are beautiful.
