WHOLE COUNTRY HOUSE PARK POOL FOR 10 PAX AND MORE

We really enjoyed our week here with our group of friends and our dog! As others have said, the pool is pretty amazing. The electricity bill was less than we expected from other reviews (we stayed in mid-June), about 180 euros, so not too bad.

Really nice house with a fantastic pool and tennis! Airconditioning in the bedrooms. Close to the beach and clubs. Nice garden with bbq. We had a great time and really would like to visit villa ariete again! Thanks a lot Nadia!

Lovely location with great surroundings. Pool, tennis court and the barbecue area were amazing. Kitchen well-equipped and all rooms spacious. We stayed for a week with 6 adults + 6 kids and it worked for us just perfectly.

I stayed at this villa together with 7 friends and we had a wonderful time! The large pool is the big highlight of the house. We had a lot of fun in there, it was well-kept (daily cleaning service of the pool) and it is large enough for at least 12 people. In contrast to the bed rooms, which are in my opinion too small for more than 10 people, except for children maybe. The garden was a little bit dried out, I guess the gardener doesn't come after the peak season so it wasn't really possible to lie on the grass. The Wifi wasn't very fast, it was impossible to stream music over it or even use it to read some texts etc. with all 8 people simultaneously. So if you want to have Internet in this villa you should bring some roaming data with your smartphone or tablet. The billiard table was nice, although it is worth to mention that it isn't a pool table but a caram billiard table (so without the pockets). The kitchen was well equipped, we often cooked there when it was too cold to use the even better bbq-area. We also often used the tennis court which was quite nice. The sauna is rather small, max. 2 people can sit in there. In the price of this house the electricity costs aren't included. We knew that from the first so we already knew that we had to pay the bill at the end of our stay. Nevertheless I think the power consumption of the house (pool, sauna, lights, fridges, ...) is quite high so we expected a lower electricity bill in the end. The landlord Nadia was really kind and very uncomplicated. All in all we enjoyed ourselves a lot in this huge villa and had a wonderful holidays.

We stayed with 3 families (13 in total) for a week, the house was the perfect size and the facilities kept 7 kids entertained for a week without any complaints. Nadia was really helpful and we happily recommend.

Had a wonderful stay with whole family. House and garden is fantastic with ocean view. Swimming pool even better than expected. Owner is very friendly and helpful and lives in neighbouring villa. Grottammare is very nice with fine beach and many nice restaurants and bars. A 'real' small italian town, and not one of those spoiled touristic places. The only negative aspect is that you need a car to go down to town from villa. A few taxis are available, but not always easy to find. However, people are friendly, so we never got stranded. /Jonas

A fabulous villa for a holiday with family & friends. The villa was beautiful with very spacious gardens. The bedrooms were all a very good size and slept 10 of us very well. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need whilst on holiday. The pool was very big and was cleaned every day.. Close to the pool was a covered barbeque area which lit up at night and had music piped down to it, we really enjoyed our evenings in here. There is plenty to do with tennis court, table tennis, pentaque, archery, darts and an italian billards table. the villa has a large lounge/dining area which is a very social space for a large group. Nadia is very friendly and was extremely helpful. We would all love to return one day and would not hesitate to recommend.

The Villa is as described big and beautiful. It was well maintained and clean. The owner was friendly and very cooperative. The swimming pool is really very nice and clean. On one side the pool is shallow for non-swimmers and gets gradually deeper to the other side. The pool is beautifully illuminated at night. We enjoyed grilling with nice music (Music system with speakers at grill area) We enjoyed playing Tennis and table tennis. The Billiard table on the top floor is a carom billiard (without pockets), which we didn’t know how to play. But there was a guide on how to play in Italian. Local grocery store is quite close. The long beach of Grottammare & San Benedetto is beautiful and has a lot of restaurants. Our electricity consumption was higher than expected. It may be due to our extensive use of air conditioning and keeping the pool filter system on throughout our stay. Nonetheless the total costs were worth the stay. We have already recommended the Villa to our friends!
