West Beach is quite an unbeatable location much like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of our units, everything is a short walk or bike ride away!

Professionally interior designed to capture the uniqueness of this design, this property is filled with Santa Barbara local treasures with quality bedding and linens. This property gives you the resort like feel yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be “two primary bedrooms” in this beach villa.

    Location was superb. Amenities were lovely. Just about anything we needed was there.Main bed was developing slight ‘cradles’ where 2 people would each sleep, but not problematic. Be aware it’s the lower level, so night bright and sunny. But it did include the back yard and slightly larger garage (which will test your driving skills). Overall highly satisfied.

    It was a beautiful property. We loved it. Very clean and every detail taken care of. It was just a bit challenging to get the car in and out of the garage on the right.

    The property is lovely and beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting in the backyard amongst the fruit and avocado trees. The location is wonderful. While we had a car we walked everywhere for the most part. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend the property. If we return to SB we will definitely book here again.

    Very nice property in an excellent location. Good kitchen appliances and nicely landscaped. If you area TV person, this sofa arrangement is great. We happen to be readers instead, and a comfortable side chair with lamp would be a nice addition. Very responsive management. You can count on them to make sure everything is working properly.

    A very quiet and relaxing area. Our place had everything we needed, but maybe one more chair in the living room. So walkable to absolutely everything. We loved it
