This beautiful villa has been professionally interior designed to capture the 1930's and 1940's unique style while using local treasures so all guests can enjoy unwinding while taking pleasure from their private oasis. Take a trip back in history and experience this gorgeous villa built in 1937!

West Beach is an unbeatable location much like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of these villas, everything is a short walk or bike ride away.

Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf.

    This an amazing property in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is an easy couple of block walk to the beach and close proximity to resurants, lower State Street and the Funk zone. The property is spacious and comfortable with a fully appointed kitchen. The property was very clean and well maitained. My wife and I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back in the future. TA

    This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.

    Villa was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. We brought bicycles and getting to the pier and Harbor was so easy. Also rode all the way up State Street to see the sights and restaurants. Would stay here again.

    We enjoyed staying at this property - it is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and funk zone. It is also within walking distance of State Street (shopping, restaurants), but a little longer walk. This was my first visit to Santa Barbara and this was a great place to stay. For my spouse and I, we had plenty of room to move about, work, and enjoy the property. The hosts left lots of instructions on the use of the property that were very helpful.

    This duplex was very conveniently located and the perfect size for the two of us. The only negativs were noise through the connecting door to the other duplex and construction noise starting at 8 am next door. other duplex
