The Space:

At thetop of the house sits a distinctive attic bedroom, offering a completely unique retreat-like atmosphere. Exposed stone walls, a private en-suite, and a separate dressing area create a strong sense of privacy and character, while an additional tucked-away sleeping nook with a single bed and sofa makes it especially versatile for families. The space feels bright and airy thanks to its high ceilings and lower-set windows, though it can become warm in summer, so ventilation is advised.



Across the first floor, the bedroom accommodation continues with a generous principal suite featuring a large sleeping area, walk-in dressing room, and bathroom with a freestanding bath. Elegant window seating and traditional design details add charm, balanced by modern comforts. Two further bedrooms each benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining rooms are supported by additional shared facilities, ensuring ease and convenience for all guests. There are two main sitting areas in addition to the open connection with the kitchen. One is a cosy, informal lounge designed for relaxed evenings, while the other provides a peaceful secondary living space overlooking the gardens—ideal for quiet moments or unwinding as a group. Together, they offer a comfortable balance of shared social space and relaxed retreat areas.



At the heart of the manor is a spacious open-plan kitchen designed for easy living and entertaining. Fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged, it is centred around an electric Aga, known for its gentle, consistent heat and ability to keep food warm until serving. It acts as a natural gathering point within the home, perfect for group stays and shared meals.
