Welcome to Palm Beach Paradise, a waterfront retreat designed for families and groups who want comfort, space, and plenty to do without ever leaving the property. This 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom lakefront home sleeps up to 16 guests and offers a private backyard artificial beach, pool, waterfront hot tub, infrared sauna, game room, mini golf, indoor cinema, tiki bar, fire pit, kayak, gym equipment, and beautiful lake views.

Inside, the home has an open and comfortable layout with a spaciousliving area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for gathering after a day at the beach, by the pool, or exploring West Palm Beach. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing meals at home, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing together.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully set up with soft linens, extra pillows, and blankets. The 3 full bathrooms include towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for added convenience.

Step outside and enjoy one of the best parts of the home: the resort-style backyard. Spend the day lounging by the pool, relaxing on the artificial beach, soaking in the waterfront hot tub, or enjoying the private spa with infrared sauna. In the evening, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner by the water, or enjoy drinks at the tiki bar while taking in the peaceful lakefront setting.

There is also plenty of entertainment for the whole group. The game room includes arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and mini hockey. Outside, enjoy the mini golf setup or explore the nearby waters by kayak. For movie nights, the indoor cinema with popcorn machine makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a cozy night at home.

For guests who need to stay connected, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated office space with a monitor. There is also gym equipment, including an exercise bike, dumbbells, and a yoga mat.

No smoking, pets, parties, or events allowed. Guests must respect neighbors, local laws, and all house rules during their stay.

After the 10th guest, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night applies.

Security & Monitoring

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door facing the street. A driveway camera and two additional exterior cameras face the alley and street for security. Cameras are exterior only and do not face bedrooms, bathrooms, private spaces, inside the home, or backyard amenities.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio or video. The home also has an occupancy detection device to help ensure the property is used according to the reservation and house rules.

Palm Beach Paradise is a special waterfront home with room to spread out, amenities for every age, and a backyard made for relaxing, playing, and making memories. We would love to host your stay.
1. No parties allowed.

2. No smoking in home: Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and an additional $500 USD fee will be charged for `de-smoking` the home.

3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

4. A late check-out fee of $250 per hour applies for any check-outs after 10:00 AM.

7. Swimming is not allowed at the lake behind the house, it is reserved for fishing, canoeing and kayaking activities. If you plan to use a kayak or a canoe in the lake, please follow these rules:
- Wear a PFD at all times.
- Use a white light at night. Know the water, watch for currents, levels, and hazards.
- Protect the environment: follow Leave No Trace.
- No alcohol or drugs while paddling.
- Watch for other boats and their movements.
- Add reflective tape for better visibility.
- Carry a whistle or sound device.
- Be prepared with food, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.
