It was great! There were 7 of us and everyone got their own bed! We were able to walk to The Black Cat to see our friends perform. We celebrated my daughter's 27th birthday and enjoyed spending time together. We cooked breakfast one morning and dinner one night. It was perfect. Thank you!!

The property was very clean, seems newly remodeled. Plenty of parking. House was near the ferry/port--but not waterfront property. No patio/deck/balcony. Backyard was paved, industrial, bleak. It is short walk to main street Hyannis. The number & type of beds did not match the property listing (listing says 8 double beds, sleeps 12), nor different info re beds explained to us by the property manager when I sought clarity because the listing photos did not match the listing description (property manager said 2 rooms have 2 twin beds, 2 rooms have 2 doubles beds, the rest are queens). In actuality, 5 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds: 6 twins,1 double & 1 queen; only sleeps 10. Not even close to what was represented. All towels were the size of hand towels--completely inadequate for adults. No extra towels anywhere to be found; no hand towels in bathrooms, no washcloths. Thin, poor quality pillows on all beds. (We actually talked about going to costco to get better pillows even though we were there only 2 days.) Only 2 dining chairs in the entire property -- which seems absurd when there are 5 bedrooms/8 beds. We contacted the property manager about the lack of dining chairs. She said, we had more chairs than that, so I am not sure what happened. And then much later confirmed with the owner that there were no more dining chairs available. Overall furniture was sparse. We often sat on the floor, ate standing up. Coffeemaker is Kerig only--wish listing specified that.

Overall, this was a great stay. Very clean. However, this house has enough beds for 10. There is 1 double bed, and the rest are twins. So if you plan on having 12 people total bring an air mattress and extra sheets + pillows.
