★ Lake Front Waterfront ★
The house is on the lake with a large wooded coastline part of the property.
Access to the lake is using steps behind the deck. The backyard IS the lake !
There is a small private beach with 3 canoes available for your use. The 56 acre lake is quiet with no large motorboats allowed. The water is clear for swimming.
The lake access is not recommended for people with mobility restrictions.
Use of the lake and canoes is at your own risk and liability.

★ Room layout ★
Please pay close attention to the number of rooms and the total beds in each room and the room layout to ensure your group can fit comfortably.

Bedroom 1. Upstairs to the left is a bedroom with private bathroom and a queen bed plus futon.

Bedrooms 2 and 3. Upstairs to the right is the master bedroom and a large master bathroom.

*** NOTE - There is a walk-through bedroom that has three twin beds and a crib and that space shares the master bathroom and this bedroom has *no independent access*.
It is only suitable for 3 children accompanying parents or friends who don’t mind this arrangement.

Upstairs, in the landing area there is an open area which can serve as a work space (it has a desk) and it also has a sofa bed for extra guests.

On the main floor we have the living room, dining room, large open kitchen and the deck overlooking the lake.

Bedroom 4. There is a queen bed in a bedroom and a full bathroom which can be accessed from the main living area and the bedroom. It has an access to the deck facing the lake.

Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 5. One large bedroom has a king bed

Bedroom 6. The other bedroom has two queen beds.

TVs:
There are TVs in the house setup for streaming content, but with the amazing location you probably won’t be watching the TV.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The kitchen comes equipped with most things you would need to cook, from the gas powered stove and oven, to the spacious fridge/freezer.

You are welcome to use any dishes, utensils, pots/pans in the kitchen cabinets or appliances.
You’ll have access to cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses and utensils along with a drip coffee maker to get your day started right. The kitchen also comes equipped with a dishwasher.

★★ Please, no large parties or events. Guests need to be 21+ to reserve the property.
