The property and the view were outstanding. As well as the location. The only issue I had was not being told that the unit next door was under construction. I find this rather inconsiderate. They could have offered a different location. Upon receiving the reservation as there were several available. Had I known I would have made a different choice. Definitely not relaxing with power tools being used right nextbtonus during the work day.

This property has many things going for it. First and foremost, the proximity to the gulf and view is on point. Then factor in a unit that was clean and tidy. In addition we had excellent support from McCormick. Their staff is friendly and definitely makr the process easier. Then lets talk about the community. Great place right on the water. Well equipped kitchen. Peaceful and quiet. We rented a golf cart and didn’t move our car for our entire stay. Really enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning. Would stay here again.

As always renting this townhouse is the only place I've gone twice and plan to go back too. Everything listed is as promised with a view that is magnificent. The dolphins swimming, the waves crashing and stars at night!

We had a great vacation in Cedar Key and this unit was perfectly located! We could take a short walk to the shops and main restaurants and there was an even shorter walk to rent a golf cart so we could explore the entire area! The balcony was amazing for dolphin watching (they came every day) and for watching sunsets and storms! Management was very responsive to questions. The building is still being renovated from last year’s hurricane damage but the construction on the other units was quiet and unobtrusive. I loved that there was also a little lagoon type area of water on the other side of the property as well because it added to the fantastic bird watching opportunities. We had a quiet and relaxing stay.

Great communication with us. Everything was clean, in good working condition, looked fantastic!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. We cleaned everything up when we left and they were extremely thankful. The way it should be!! Thank you for a wonderful trip! Hope to be back soon!

Great view!

This Condo is right on the water with a beautiful view. The kitchen area is a good space and the location is within walking distance of anything you need in Cedar Key.

You can't get a better view of the water than this! Also abke to see the town, especially at night! Love CK and the people are incredibly friendly!

Quite and relaxing

Stunning location with proximity of water that almost seems like you're on a boat. Kind of an older building with an odd floor plan, but not surprising with the age of the building and the nightly price is almost unbeatable, especially for having a full town home. The management decorated it very cutely and it was very clean. If anything, the carpet may be could use replacing but not a big deal.
