Stayed Apr 28, 2022everything was good although they had a ring cam on the door which is against vrbo privacy policy and when I put something over the camera bc I did not want someone creeping on me and my family the manager threatened to kick me out if I did not take down. Other than that great stay

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out process was easy. The resort itself was clean and the location was great. The unit needs some major updates. The carpeting throughout the unit needs to be replaced with anything NOT carpet. It was dirty and worn out. The living room furniture also needs replacing. The couch had a hole in it. The bedroom downstairs was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress is hard And thin. While the unit was “clean” it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Stayed Jun 25, 2021The house was clean , 3 levels of stairs. You can’t control the AC , it has to stay on 71 and the upstairs was always hot. The entry level room was very cool . Cellular service is almost non exsistent. If you are out for the day at a water park and call after 5 , you get a security officer who isn’t any help . This unit is further from the pool. It’s easier to drive and park than walk to it . This may be good for a couple but it wasn’t the best fit for our family . Walgreens is a block walk away. Publix is a short drive to the next red light. Only one car is allowed to park at house. It wasn’t terrible. Just not Fantastic .

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, nicely appointed, and within easy driving distance to both Disney and Universal Parks. The only thing I might have liked that wasn’t offered, was a more plentiful supply of towels. Otherwise, it was perfect for our party of 7. I especially loved having access to a washer and dryer. The unit is 3 stories, which should be let in mind for those who find stair climbing difficult. One bedroom is on the first floor, two others are in the third floor.

The place was ready immediately and all info sent over promptly.Beautiful and clean property. Would definitely use much to do and close to everything.

Stayed Oct 8, 2020Great location and lots of space for the six of us. Kids liked the upstairs. Beautiful pool and amenities. Nice to have Publix, a Pizza joint and Subway shop a five minute walk away. Thanks!
