Stayed Jun 6, 2026Beautiful villa! Great location, lovely gardens and local beach.We loved our stay at Kyma & Eros villas. It’s so good to have all the bedrooms of an equal high standard with en suite.Iro and Irene made us very welcome and were helpful in arranging taxis and trips out. We hope to return soon.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We loved staying at Xenia Villa. The pool and outside area are perfect with a view through the trees out to the sea. The house was clean & very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. We were a bit worried about the planes and being near to the runway but it wasn’t a problem at all. No planes at night or early in the morning either so it’s really not an issue. Irene & Iro were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Stayed May 18, 2024My first thought as we walked around the property through the garden and pool area was wow, it really is beautiful. The second thing that quickly struck me was that the kitchen area is on a different level to the pool and gardens it’s downstairs from this. So eating meals and even getting drinks to this area was a bit of a chore for me, that’s entirely subjective of course . Also the barbecue is on the upper level so you still have to run up and down with plates,cutlery etc. the internet was down for the majority of the stay so a lot of emailing between the property manager who was as helpful as she could possibly be in the circumstances. I would definitely stay here again but for me it would be in one of the other villas in the complex where the kitchen is is all on the same level. One last thing the inside living room is very small for sitting space, we were only a couple so not an issue but for full occupancy would be a bit of a squeeze for everyone.

Stayed Jun 9, 2018Lovely location in gated community with beautiful gardens & pool in such a peaceful area. Owner Iro was so welcoming and informative. Nothing too much trouble. Would gladly stay here again. PS. Villa located on flight path into kefalonia airport but did not interfere with enjoyment or noise, in fact it was lovely to be able to lie on your sunbed by the pool and wave to the newcomers !
