The beaches of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes, as well as the facilities of the resort, are all within easy reach on foot. WiFi and air conditioning/heating inthe bedrooms and lounge is included.

Villa Xabec is a great choice for larger parties who want to leave the car at home! Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over recent years to create one of the largest resorts on the island and has a great choice of shops and eateries along the main street, only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Also along the main street is one of the islands 3 waterparks and the nearest beach is Calan Blanes but the smaller coves of Calan Forcat and Cala Picas are also within a few minutes drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
