Comfortable and private villa with private pool for quiet vacations if you are get used to the traffic noise. Good price and quality ratio. Car required as there is nothing nearby. Parking space limited and not convenient. Good wifi connection and modern smart TV.

Wonderful villa; have just rebooked!

My partner and I spent a week at the Villa. It was a great relaxing holiday. The Villa was in a nice area and is in walking distance of the marina shops and the beautiful beach. We did hire a car from the airport but it is not essential. The Villa has everything you need I would describe it as traditional rather than modern. The highlight of the holiday for us was the beautiful pool it was very clean and a good depth for a swim. It was our first time in Menorca but it definitely wont be our last. A fantastic holiday in a great Villa.

What a splendid holiday! My fiance, her two boys and I had a marvellous time. We enjoyed sun bathing whilst the boys played in the pool during the day. We would highly recommend Agni Travel.

Dear Agni, thank you for our recent holiday at Villa Calitja. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. Service was top too: on arrival, we had no hot water, however, that was sorted within 20mins! Never had service like it and we have rented many many villas before. Next time we plan on visiting Mallorca so will look at the properties you have there too. best regards. Julian

We had a clean and comfortable house within 200m of a good supermarket and a few restaurants. The local property agents(Sun Villas) were extremely helpful as was the maintenanceman. The proximity of the lighthouse made for great sunset viewing and we were within easy reach of the centre of Cala 'n Bosch and Sa Xoriguer with a good variety of restaurants. The coastal footpath runs between the lighthouse and the other resorts. The city of Ciutadella is close by for a wider experience of island life. On the downside we were given the incorrect address in the information pack sent to us. The villa came poorly equipped - there was no welcome pack, and basic toiletries such as hand soap for each washing place, toilet rolls , no spare bin bags and a small amount of coffee and tea. and no pool towels. We discovered quickly that pool towels could be rented for our stay. Overall we can recommend the site although it is on a main road.
