Casa del Sole is located just 350 meters from the splendid Mollarella bay in Licata. The fine gold-colored sand beach and shallow water are ideal for families with children. The location is also ideal for exploring the southern coast of Sicily, such as Agrigento, Realmonte with its famous Scala di Turchi or the baroque cities of Ragusa and Modica and the mosaic of the Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina. The living area of the holiday home is about 200 square meters and is distributed on twolevels. On the ground floor the large living-dining room is equipped with satellite TV, sofa, fireplace, dining table and you have access to the two terraces of the house, there is a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner stove , oven and fridge. On the lower floor there is also a bathroom with a shower / WC / bidet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / toilet / bidet.
