Villa with private swimming pool, garden & sea view Forte Dei Marmi

We had an amazing time at villa paradiso. Pool and large Terrasse is the highlight; also the kitchen with extra beer refrigerator is great.

We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!

Had a lovely stay with family and friends! The house was big enough for everyone to have their privacy, but still cozy. The location is great if you want to explore Toscana and Cinque Terre, but it is also a great house and town if you just want to hang around by the pool and eat italian food:) Thank you Sonia for letting us stay in your house!

Sonia has a perfect house with a perfect view! She is available and helpful. We just hope we’ll have the chance to go back!

We spent very good holidays in this house , we were 3 families. You cannot find by yourself the road as it is on small roads on the top of a hill but the view both by day and night is really worth it (with the coast and the mountains). We could enjoy the pool as Well as the touristic cities around (Lucca, Firenze, Pisa cinqueterre ). The bedrooms have air conditioning and there are 3 bathrooms so it was perfect. You just have to have in mind that there is no wifi (but good telecom network ) and that the road is hilly and narrow for the last 10mn so on our side we were not going out often at night.

I would like to thank the owner Alfredo and the manager for such a lovely stay in this Tuscan villa immersed in the lush mountainous landscape of Pietrasanta just a few minutes away from Forte dei Marmi beach. The house is really very large, lovely and homey. We stayed with another couple and my 8 year old child and we had a very relaxing time enjoying the pool, playing Ping-Pong, entertaining and cooking. It's a wonderful house for entertaining as it has a very large walk out terrace with two large tables for wining and dining Another thing we really liked was that the house offers the maximum of privacy as downstairs there is a separate suite with a bathroom and large adjoining room with a separate door. Upstairs the two other suites are also separated by a long corridor and doors to ensure a maximum of relaxation and comfort. Plus there is a kids room with three separate beds next door to one of the master bedrooms. The garden is fabulous and the pool is large enough to have a real swim and not just a splash around. There are enough lawn chairs for an army! The host was very graceful and very helpful and all the amenities worked to optimum standard: fridge, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher ect. We were very happy here and would highly recommend to anyone: families, individuals or groups of friends or associates; this is a wonderful place to relax and make some wonderful memories! We stayed in this property for two weeks in August with a party of four adults and three little kids (age 0-3). The house is spacious and offered individual bathrooms for every party. The style of the house is not the latest style, neither very luxurious, but absolutely okay for a nice stay and bathrooms have been renovated. The owner is a very kind man, who took care of anything we requested. Thank you very much, Alfredo! Also very pleasant to work with is Sonja, who is the first contact person for renters (she also is fluent in German). The best thing about the house however is the large pool area, which offers great views all around the coastline, as well as to the mountains. Same views by the way can be enjoyed from the large terrasse and the first floor of the house. We enjoyed our holidays!
