Villa with private pool situated in a peaceful location with nice garden

Was very good. Would like to return again. Spacious and well equipped

Property was not the easiest to find and the welcome information should be improved. Things like wifi access, local restaurant recommendations or things to do in the area should be available. The place itself was good and the pics of the backyard are accurate. A very nice outdoor area. Indoors things are starting to show their age.

Very Nice house but no air conditionner in rooms. Fortunatly, the host gave us a fan.

Great place to have a nice and relaxing vacations.

Overall, The stay was lovely being in the hills of Portugal. Although, the villa was tired and some of the furniture wasn’t suitable for use. Including the shower doors and bedroom doors. The pool wasn’t excellent and a good size. I would suggest the location isn’t accurate and EXTREMELY hard to locate.

This property is not as advertised. This property is bad. If the owners do not put money into it they should not be allowed to rent. David the caretaker did try a little bit but really it needs an overhaul. The kitchen basically need pulling out the cupboard are falling apart, big holes in the doors and cupbaords, the door handle doesnt work. The kitchen sink is hanging off, its dirty. The kitchen is not fit for purpose. The furntiure in the house is ither ripped or borken, the beds are horrible. not enough to accomadte for the people advertised at all. not enought bedding beds or pillows infact we had to go and buy some bedding terrible. the ones that are there so old falling apart and smelly.. The futon is mouldy and stained. The picutes on the wall have broken frames. The furntire outside are broken or snapped. The swin is shown on the pics as brand new they are faded and snapped and borne not able to use. The pool needs sealing as the sharp edges the children kept cutting themselves on the sharp edges. The pool pump only turns on every so often i can only assume to save money. The to top it all off the internet and tv just go off midweek so didnt get any tv or internet for half the week. The road up to the villa is really bad but dont suppose that can be solved but i got stuck several times its really unsafe. I would say this holiday home is not as advertised and unless the put money into it should not be open for visiotrs to stay. Portugal however i found wonderful such friendly people happy to speak english and accomdate anything you want. The place is lovely and id suggest with children def visiting zoo marine and slide and splash. weather amazing. shame about the holiday home. I read the reviews but thought they still getting bookings maybe it better, its really not do not book. i have stayed all over the world in many places many prices but this is so not worth any money at present.

The weather was great the area is very nice. The villa on the other hand is tired and in need of up date. The road to the villa is very uneven and the hire car took a battering getting in and out. This house is advertised as 0.3km from Faro. That's a blatant lie over 12km from the air port. You need to hire a car. And I recommend its a 4 wheel drive for the road to the house. We made the best of the situation and the area and the people are welcoming. I would recommend getting in touch with David Q, with out him our would have been a lot worse. He was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. The owned need to step up and be honest and update the house and sort the road out. The a villa pictures are miss leading. We will be going back to the Faro area to explore more. Michael

Very nice house, well equipped in a quiet location and close to shops and main roads (by auto). We are very happy with this experiênce and recommend it to everyone.
