Villa With Private Pool On Mar Menor Golf Resort, Costa Calida, Spain

Was an absolute pleasure to stay at this villa. Dave is really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The villa is located in a really good position with nice views of the course and a short walk to the Boulevard for eateries. The villa has a really good layout that suited us along with a lovely garden/pool area. The beds were all really comfy and generally the facilities good. We hope to stay again in the future

Although the property needs modernisation it suited our needs; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an open plan lounge/diner made for a comfortable week. We would certainly book it again. David is a great host and communicator which helped us settle in quickly. Thank you

The photos do not do the property justice. A family home with all the resources plus a pool and sunshine!5 adults stayed and we all had enough room in the villa and outside. Communication with Dave before our trip was excellent and Davina whilst we were there. Fantastic time had by all. We were sad to leave. Thank you Dave and Davina. we were any queries not that we had any.

We stayed to celebrate my birthday and were really pleased that we picked this villa, location was perfect, all the facilities you could ask for and the host was really good with communication

What a gorgeous property, photos don’t do it justice. We had a brilliant week away for our grandchildren’s first holiday and we all had an amazing time, everything was as advertised, pool and villa were spotlessly clean. We would recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice

David's villa is well equipped and has a family friendly pool. It is well positioned for the driving range and 1st tee if you are staying at the resort for a round or 3 of golf. It is also very close to the main complex if you would just prefer a drink and some people watching. Davina and her husband are friendly and helpful if you need anything during your stay. I would thoroughly recommend this Villa. Thank you David.

Nice property conveniently located for amenities easy walk to club house and driving range, shame the Spar has moved to the other entrance by the tennis courts. Owner very prompt at dealing with niggles (pool needed treatment following the floods and someone was round within the hour, and the air conditioning needed attention half way through the stay which was again dealt with the following working day). Whole family agreed they would happily stay again (especially the wife who could keep an eye on me on the practice area :o).
