A really lovely villa located in the prestigious Marcolina urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views. Alcossbre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. Peniscola, with its walled old town and markets is about 25 minutes away.
The Villa has a large swimming pool which is on the same level as the ground floor of the house.

Stayed May 10, 2025Incredible luxury experience on the edge of a mountain and overlooking the ocean. We had everything we needed and more. Quiet and restful and not far from town to enjoy shopping and great restaurants.Clive and Mari are excellent hosts and know everything and everyone, so you can be as isolated or connected as you wish on your vacation.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Beautiful well equipped villa on an elevated site with 360 degree vistas. Views from the 2 bedroom balcony’s were incredible. Great blend of traditional & modern style. Thoroughly recommended. Alcossebre is a wonderful place and a welcome change from the busier towns on the Costa Blanca. The photos of the villa don’t really do it justice. Thank you Clive and Mari.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023The house is absolutely beautiful and so we’ll equipped. Probably one of the best we’ve ever had. The photos really don’t do it justice, as it really is perfect. Air con in the bedrooms makes a massive difference mid summer, and the breeze coming through the house downstairs was so welcome. The pool and outside areas were absolutely fabulous.

Stayed Aug 18, 2019A peacefull place, with all you need for 2 family with 2 childrens each. The week was fantastic, everything is in the house. You only can have a good Hollidays. The house is fantastic, the different vues of Alcossebre or of Irta or of the sea. Wherever you are you can look at the sea. The mains bedrooms are huge, so it's really perfect. For the childrens the room are perfect too. The swimming pool and his Jacuzzi are splendid...Great decoration, trees, etc etc etc it's impossible to résume so much it's so nice. We thanks Clive and Marie for his disponibilities and maybe we com back next year..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations- the photos don't do it justice! It's very spacious, well appointed, lovely pool and with plenty of space around it. Outside table and chairs by pool and to the front of the villa with cover from shade. Very clean. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful regarding check in and check out times.
