This wonderful stone villa is located in a small town on the island of Krk, Strilčići, in a magical atmosphere and unspoiled nature. The villa has been completely renovated, but has kept the spirit of the past.
Villa has 170 m2 with a large garden of 3000 m2, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle) and dining room. In front of the house is a terrace with afireplace and seating.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and two bathrooms. Next to the room on the upper floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
The house also has 2 extra beds (the price for the bed per person is 20 euros per day) and can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The central place in the garden takes a large swimming pool (50 m2) with a small covered terrace and deck chairs. The yard is full of olive trees, has swings for children and a large green lawn where you and children can enjoy your time.
