Great host, great villa, third visit & will book again

Very clean , great pool and outside area, not far to walk to beach and shopping centre.Very helpful host Would definitely go back.

Excellent spacious property. This was our second visit. 20 in a cab from the airport. Our flight arrived late morning, we messaged Charly before we left to ask if we could drop our bags at the Villa whilst it was cleaned. 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and bars. Had lunch, bought essentials from the Spar and checked in an hour early. Check in was simple, Marcela was a superb host. a/c in all rooms works really well. Pool was clean and lovely and warm. Pool cleaner came during our stay. Taxis to the centre of Caleta de Fuste (Fado Rock) 5, download the app to book taxis. Contact with Charly and Marcela was simple with prompt replies, excellent hosts.

Let’s start with the positives.Villa is spacious and in a good location for a short taxi ride to restaurants and bars. Due to late arrival to the villa the owner arranged for some groceries to be provided so that we had something to eat and drink upon arrival. This obviously wasn’t free but there were also beers and soft drinks plus other bits and bobs that were provided at no cost, which was much appreciated. Overall we had an enjoyable stay but compared to other villas in various canary island locations we’ve stayed at, this villa unfortunately didn’t compare for a number of reasons.Negatives.Awful communication from our contact. Not sure if it was a management company or the owner. Aircon unit in main living area leaked as soon as we arrived and despite promise of it being fixed it never was despite being told a technician would come on two separate occasions. Villa is in desperate need of some work such as plug sockets very loose, light shade in main bedroom hanging by the wire, shower head in second bedroom coming off the wall, plus many other touch up jobs. By day 3 the pool was filthy and when the pool cleaner came he told us the pump hadn’t been working and that we should have been informed not to go in the water. We were never informed and when I messaged our contact asking if he knew (I also took the opportunity to point out the other issues noted above) I didn’t even get a response…..and still haven’t. Better villas out there than this one so choose carefully.

Stayed here before so knew prior to arriving what to expect. Wasn’t disappointed. Marrcela is very easy to communicate with and nothing seems too much for her. 5/5 again.

Excellent property, not often you get what you see online, but this villa was exactly as advertised. A great personal welcome from the owners, who travelled over to see us, which was a great touch. Cannot fault anything at all, the villa was perfect, clean and spacious! We had a great time here and will definitely be back!

Villa was impressive, clean & very well appointed. Owners were very friendly & helpful. Chill out area near the BBQ was great. Would certainly like to book again.

House is lovely, very spacious, lots of toys to entertain my youngest child. Owner very nice and helpful throughout. Only 10 min walk to the busy beach side and supermarket. Very convenient. Would recommend. Thanks!

The house and the property is large and fully equipped with everything you might need. Our hosts reacted fast on any request. So we enjoyed the 2weeks.

Had a great holiday, villa lovely, pool fab. Marcela and Carlos answered any questions promptly and helpfully, and went above and beyond for some of our requests- thank you so much. Thanks also for the welcome pack and for the treats left for our Grandson. Great location no car required. Would highly recommend.
