NEW VILLA in the new urbanization La Estancia on the famous golf course Elba Palace Golf in Caleta de Fuste. Perfectly suited for 7 people and a baby in baby cot. It's located at the front line, on a tranquil, fairy like location. The property has a fenced open plan living area. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away, along with the Atlantico Commercial Centre that has a wide range of shops, restaurants, arcades, a cinema, a bowling alley, a casino and bars for you to enjoy. The golf course and 5 star hotel & club house are nearby and include an excellent restaurant. The exterior has a large area of 550 square meters overlooking the golf course, hotels and sea. The whole area is fenced, tiled and planted with palm trees which gives you intimacy and complete privacy to enjoy. Fence on the golf course is from the tinted mirror glass, which gives you additional privacy from the golfers.

The part of the patio is under open-aluminium sun roof with dining table for 6 people. If you require fun, billiards and darts may appeal to you. But you can just surf on the Internet, because your wifi is available everywhere. There is OPTICAL INTERNET up to 600MB.
It has a private heated swimming pool. The pool is 8 m× 4 m,1.2 -1.8 m depth, surrounded with 6 padded leather deckchairs, outdoor shower and round deckchair for 2. BBQ is from natural stone. On sunny roof terrace you can admire breathtaking views of the entire surroundings on 4 armchairs with coffee table.
The pool heating season is from 1. October - 31. May (26/27 degrees). A surcharge is required for pool heating.

All the bedrooms including the living room, have air condition (enables cooling and heating).
At extra request we offer baby cot and high chair for the baby. For the seventh person we prepare extra bed.
First bedroom has a double bed (200x180), with attached bathroom. We can fit an extra bed in this bedroom. You can store jewelry and secure all your valuables in a digital safe installed in the cabinet of this room.
Second bedroom has also a double bed (200x180).
Third bedroom could be called the children's room, as it has TV 50’ Samsung (ES,EU), PLAY-STATION 4 with two consoles.

Both bathrooms have shower, wash basin with bright large mirror, shaving points and toilet. Hair dryers are also available in the bathrooms.

All of interior bed linen and towels are supplied, cleaned and ready for use. As well you have available towels for the sun loungers, which are free to use for the sun loungers around the pool. But are not allowed to take out to the beach.

In a living room is a leather comfortable sofa for 8 people.
TV 55' Samsung Curve, ALL UK TV channels (BBC, ITV, SKY, SPORT) and GERMAN, FRANCE, SPANISH, PORTUGAL, POLAND TV channels. VIDEO CLUB with more then 20.000 last movies. USB port, Samsung soundbar, WIFI.
There is also a glass dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar and is fully fitted with an oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee maker and all other kitchen essentials.
In the laundry are utensils on your disposal, for cleaning and washing:
washing machine, iron and ironing board, storage area perfect for cases and golf equipment.
