Villa With Pool, Air Conditioning and WiFi on a private 18 hole golf course.

Lovely property but could do with a refresh. Pool area lovely but three sunbeds need replacing. Bbq area very good. The resort was very nice, the supermarket was well stocked and the grounds are very well kept.

We had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, it had absolutely everything you need for family. We did have a few issues while there but Bill was fantastic and sorted it right away. The owner had very speedy replies and allowed us to check in a bit earlier after travelling through the night.

Excellent communication with owner who provided all the details needed for our arrival. Confirmation of booking was immediate. Easy process. Owner was also very supportive in providing information about the area before we arrived.Key safe holds the door key and you are given code so very simple to use when you arrive. It’s in great location next to the resort hotel and you can walk to the restaurants but it is 20 mins. The air con was superb as was the internet and TV with english channels. I was able to work from the villa with no problems . The Villa has undergone some improvements in the garden /Pool area and it’s fabulous place to spend your day .The pool is excellent and the new night lights make it a great place to spend an evening sitting out .We were there for a month so inevitably we had some small issues but these were rectified immediately by Bill a very nice helpful guy who looks after the Maintenance so support is available on site. Bills wife also helped out.On the welcome pack in the house it asks for any feedback and when we left we provided some general preferences that we feel would make this an even better place to stay and I am sure the owner will look at these. The Welcome pack provided some great tips and info as well as places to visit which we did so make sure you read it through. Overall we had a great time and recommend it for couples or family.Extremely peaceful.

Good property with good facilities. Very enjoyable family stay.

Pros: - property is lovely. 3 great size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, decorated nicely. Aircon in all rooms which is needed! - We found essentials in the cupboards when we arrived, washing stuff, dishwasher tablets, salt etc. we used a lot of the washing liquid so we replaced it before coming home. - The pool is great and the slide was enjoyed very much throughout our stay! - Location is lovely and quiet - boardwalk outside the resort was brilliant with multiple restaurants Cons: - I don't think the people that manage the property cleaned it very well before we arrived. We noticed a lot of bird poo round by the utility room door so they definitely hadn't cleaned out there. Also the pool guy came to clean the pool on Wednesday but we only arrived Saturday night so we don't think it was cleaned before we got there. - We had problems with the pool going into our 2nd week with the water looking very cloudy & the sides and bottom going green. The owner, to be fair, sent the pool guy over the next morning but he had to come back again as it wasn't sorted. He said he sent a sample of water to people he knows & they suggested new chemicals which seems to work so the last couple of days were great. The neighbours we spoke to go to their villa frequently & they said the pool looks green a lot so maybe they should change to the new chemicals permanently? - no communal pool as stated in the advert, also no restaurants open during the day on site which was a shame. Great trip though!

Lovely properly very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a family friendly holiday! Pool was fantastic especially the slide and additional baby pool which our 2 year old loved as perfect depth for him while the older ones were up and down the slide all day! So much fun! Will be back without a doubt!

We had a really great week with plenty of R&R around and in the pool. This is a lovely villa and would be happy to stay here again on future visits. Lots of sunbathing areas in the garden and areas of shad too when you need to escape the heat ! This is a great villa with everything you need for a good stay.

This was my second stay in this villa and again it was fabulous. The owner Paresh is so helpful and accommodating responding quickly to questions and is always polite and helpful. The Villa is well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. My boys were in and out the pool all day. There is plenty of shade when it gets a bit hot too. The location is quiet and relaxing and the perfect place to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Fabulous location of property and really well kept. Over the course of the week, the grass in the garden area began to get kind with a few prickles, and we requested the grass be cut so my little girl could continue playing. Nothing was a problem and we felt really welcome. Would really recommend. Lovely quiet location on the gold resort, with plenty of amenities nearby. Would definitely stay here again if looking to come back to the area. Thank you Paresh for your villa for the week. Very impressed
